Required

  • Passport or ID cardColour copy of the owner's passport or national ID, both sides.
  • Proof of ownershipBill of sale, invoice or previous registration certificate in the owner's name.
  • Boat specificationsBuilder's certificate, CE declaration or manufacturer specification sheet.
  • HIN plate photoClear photo of the Hull Identification Number plate.
  • Company documentsCertificate of incorporation, register extract and director ID.
  • Power of attorneySigned authorisation for Yachtie Registrations to act on your behalf. We provide the template.
  • VAT status proofVAT paid invoice or T2L, if available.
  • Insurance certificateThird-party liability insurance.
